A motivated, fully qualified engineer with strong experience in installing split and multi-split systems for domestic and commercial clients. F-Gas certification is essential. Experience with brands such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, or Panasonic is desirable but not essential.

All of their engineers are equipped with Milwaukee cordless power tools and VitoProPac storage systems. Vans are fully fitted with Yoke van racking, storage containers, and Milwaukee storage boxes and containers, keeping everything organised for maximum efficiency. A company vehicle with fuel card, full uniform, and PPE are provided.
You will mainly work across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire in areas such as Bicester, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Thame, Abingdon, Oxford and beyond. Work includes all aspects of air conditioning installation from small domestic systems through to larger commercial projects.
Pay rates well above industry standard, depending on experience. Overtime at time + half or double time, plus occasional price work. Signing bonus. Bonus incentives for creating social media content (see our Instagram and YouTube). Company car, pension, mentoring programme, on-site parking, and store discounts.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
- Proven installation experience in split/multi-split systems.
- Commissioning and servicing experience preferred.
- 5 years experience (Installer role).
