We're working with a well-established and respected service provider in the commercial refrigeration sector, known for their reliability and technical expertise.

Due to the retirement of a long-serving engineer, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their solid and well-established team.

The Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems such as cold rooms, chillers, freezers, and display units.
- Carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment.
- F-Gas Certification (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred).
- CO2 refrigeration experience is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Confident in diagnostics and fault finding.
- The Package
- £43,680 basic salary
- £1,575 annual standby payments (1 in 6 call-out rota)
- Door-to-door travel paid
- 40-hour working week
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (Monday-Saturday) and 2x (Sundays & Bank Holidays)
- 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 Bank Holidays)
- Fully equipped company van (available for personal use)
