Air Conditioning Installation Engineer £39k-£42k plus package Portsmouth Job Summary My client is a leading provider of cost effective, quality environmental control solutions to the commercial, corporate, industrial, education and defence industries. My client offers a complete range of services and facilities within the refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation fields, from initial system design specifications through to project management and on going support and maintenance facilities. Formed in May 1983, my client has grown steadily over the years through careful management of their business activities and finances. They operate as a highly professional organisation, focusing directly on the environmental needs of our clients whilst maintaining a cautious approach to new technology updates. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven installation engineer to join our team with experience in VRV/F, split, multi-split systems, and DX Close Control systems etc with technical expertise and understanding of the products and services. You will work closely with our installation/sales department tailoring installations, with onsite solutions and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HVAC solutions. Responsibilities * Ability to work alone, capability to overcome onsite solutions. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay updated on industry trends. * Proven experience in a technical sales role or similar position within the HVAC+R industry. * Strong knowledge of HVAC+R. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. * A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
