The Role
This is a new business-focused sales role, responsible for:
- Identifying companies requiring HVAC service support
- Generating and developing their own sales pipeline
- Selling PPM contracts, reactive service support, and TM44 inspections
- Converting opportunities through to sales closure
This is not a reactive or account management role; the individual must be capable of creating opportunities, not waiting for them.
