Our client based in Northampton are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Conveyancer. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30pm. Part Time hours/Hybrid working may be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Conveyancer you will manage a caseload of property transactions, providing legal advice and services to clients. Day to day your duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing
- Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling process
- Communicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email
- Preparing and checking documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents
- Handling all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry
- Providing a consistent high level of customer service to clients
- Complying with all policies and procedures, including AML policies
Qualifications
To be considered for our Senior Conveyancer vacancy it is essential that you have:
