Our client based in Peterborough is looking for a highly organised Quotation Bid Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm, with the opportunity to work from home, 1 day per week after successful probation.
As a Quotation Bid Administrator you will support the preparation, coordination and submission of quotations and tenders.
You'll ensure bids are accurate, compliant and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities for Quotation Bid Administrator Review, Prepare and submit quotations and tender documents.
Monitor tender portals and identify opportunities.
Maintain bid records and track outcomes.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather accurate information.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales/Technical team.
Experienced needed for the Quotation Bid Administrator Previous experience in bid administration, quotations or sales support.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Able to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively.
