Our superb client with offices based in King's Lynn is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join on a full time permanent basis working 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Typing of documents using digital dictation
- Setting up new case files
- Dealing with queries
- Taking messages
- Arranging appointments
- Scanning, filing, photocopying and support administration
Qualifications:
- Previous and recent legal secretarial experience in a fast paced and busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing speeds
- PC literate
