Our successful client, with offices based in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
As an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler, you will be responsible for:-
- Handling transactions from inception right through to post completion.
- Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices
- Managing, updating and organising case files
- Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
- Drafting legal documents, conducting land registry searches
- Providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process
Salary depending upon experience c£28,000 - £30,000 as a starting salary, pension, health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, training opportunities, along with a genuine route to progression.
