Our superb client, based in St.

Neots is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians,, recruitment for your team, developing coaching and mentoring, take responsibility for the design or products, project installation, provide technical advise to customers and suppliers, product development, ensuring product and process compliance, attend supplier meetings and site visits in both the UK and overseas and other related duties.

To be considered for the role of Engineering Manager, it is essential that you hold Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or equivalent, hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or have equivalent experience), you will have practical understanding of structural design, construction, scaffolding, temporary works and related sectors, experience of managing and developing an engineering team, have strong communication and relationship building skills.

You will be commercial aware and have strong engineering management experience.

In return, for the role of Engineering Manager, our client is offering a starting salary of £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, 25 days paid annual leave plus statutory holidays, pension, discretionary bonus scheme, onsite parking, life assurance, career development, occasional overseas travel and much more.
