Are you ready for your next move in your Conveyancing Career? Our growing client with offices based in Northampton is seeking an Assistant Conveyancing Case Handler to join them on a permanent full‑time basis working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Part‑time hours or hybrid working may be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Managing, updating and organising case files
- Chasing contracts and enquiries on sales
- Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
- Making outbound calls dealing with inbound queries and enquiries
- General administrative support including exchange and completion letters
- Post completion administration including setting up completion files
Skills required
- Previous conveyancing administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
- Keenness to learn and a great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
