Our client based in Bedford is looking to recruit a full‑time permanent Senior Conveyancer. This office‑based role works Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.

As a Senior Conveyancer you will manage a caseload of property transactions and provide legal advice and services to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on the buying and selling process.
  • Communicate with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email.
  • Prepare and check documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents.
  • Handle all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry.
  • Provide a consistent high level of customer service to clients.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures, including AML policies.

  • Minimum 5+ years of conveyancing case‑handling experience.
