Our superb client based in Bourne is seeking a Sales Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am - 5.00pm. This is a fully office based role.
Responsibilities
- Support a busy sales team
- Generate quotations
- Update CRM
- Liaise with suppliers to order stock and manage inventory
- Process orders
- Send confirmations to customers
- Update company social media accounts and create engaging content
- Send samples to customers
- Deal with customer queries
- Conduct telesales activities
- Support office administration
Qualifications
- Previous all-round administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ideally experience of supporting a sales team (not essential)
