Our superb client based in Bourne is seeking a Sales Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am - 5.00pm. This is a fully office based role.

Responsibilities

  • Support a busy sales team
  • Generate quotations
  • Update CRM
  • Liaise with suppliers to order stock and manage inventory
  • Process orders
  • Send confirmations to customers
  • Update company social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Send samples to customers
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Conduct telesales activities
  • Support office administration

Qualifications

  • Previous all-round administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ideally experience of supporting a sales team (not essential)
