We are seeking a skilled and motivated Private Client Lawyer to join our clients established team in Corby working 9.00am - 5.00pm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor or legal executive with a strong background in private client work, who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and reputable practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Provide clear, tailored, and empathetic legal advice to a broad range of clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client care.
- Contribute to business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
- Keep up to date with developments in legislation and best practice to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrable experience in handling private client matters independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professional growth and development.
