Our superb client based in Huntingdon is seeking a Market Positions & Brand Partner to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.00pm). This role can be a hybrid position once settled into your team and the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategy and brand positioning to elevate the company's UK presence and integrate marketing strategies for client acquisition, awareness and retention.
- Manage a marketing budget and track KPIs for market share, brand growth and lead generation.
- Oversee multichannel campaigns, reflecting brand, tone of voice and strategy.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement across social media, PPC, SEO, etc.
- Use marketing insights for competitors and customers to inform strategy and reveal concepts for expansion and innovation.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial operations for consistent brand and marketing activities.
- Identify new market segments and strengthen our clients' commercial offerings.
- Oversee relationships with external partners.
- Manage, coach and develop your team.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Developing and executing strategic brand and marketing initiatives.
- Experience of brand unity and the strategy behind.
- Strong experience in brand positioning and strategic marketing in a professional services industry.
- Expertise in digital strategy, campaign management and brand storytelling.
- Experience managing external marketing partners and managing a cross-functional team.
- Insight and analytics driven approach for market evaluation.
- A degree in a marketing related discipline, CIM or similar professional qualification.
