Our superb client, based in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Parts Assistant to join for a 6 month contract to commence asap. This will be an office based role and will be working 39 hours between the hours of 7.30am - 6.00pm.

As Parts Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Parts Manager with projects and administration, processing customer invoices, booking transport for parts deliveries, preparing returns, raising credits and arranging customer collections, obtaining supplier quotes, providing updates to customers on their orders and all related ad-hoc duties.

To be considered for the role of Parts Assistant, you will have previous parts related experience, excellent organisation and communication skills and will be available quickly to commence the contract following a successful interview.

In return, our client is offering a salary of £24,761 pro rata to the 6 months, 24 days annual leave plus statutory holidays (also pro rata to 6 month contract), on site parking and the opportunity to work for a supportive and reputable organisation.
