Our superb client based in Market Deeping is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join them on a permanent full time basis due to growth of the organisation working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. This is a fully office-based position.
As Office Manager, for our client, you will be responsible for:
- Arranging travel, meetings and organising events
- Facilities management and ordering of equipment and office supplies, arranging external contractors when required
- Onboarding of new starters including inductions
- Looking after fleet cars
- Dealing with visitors and contractors and overseeing the reception area, being main contact for queries
- Arranging training courses and keeping training manuals up to date along with policies and procedures
- Adhering to and ensuring compliance of data protection and Health & Safety
- Supporting senior management team
To be considered for the role of Office Manager, you will have experience of working in a similar role where you have overseen an office environment, dealt with facilities, HR administration, arranged travel and meetings. You will have superb organisational and communication skills, who thrives in a varied and busy work environment.
In return, our client is offering a salary up to 35,000 depending on level of experience, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, onsite parking, social events and the chance to join a great working environment.
