Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer from within the construction machinery/plant/HGV/agricultural sector seeking a new opportunity? Our superb client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. You will be based from Wymondham and travel to customer sites across the region, working core hours of 8.00am‑4.30pm Monday to Friday. Work outside these hours will be payable as overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Support hydraulic systems, axles, manual transmission and power shift, cam-bus electrical systems, and other relevant machinery.
  • Build strong business relationships with customers.
  • Promote a professional company image at all times.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Previous and recent service engineering and maintenance experience with construction machinery, plant machinery, HGV, or agricultural machinery.
  • Carry out plant machinery diagnostics.
  • Servicing and repairing in a customer‑facing site visit‑based role.
  • Hold NVQ Level 2, 3, or an equivalent qualification and proven relevant plant‑industry servicing and maintenance experience within construction, HGV, and agricultural machinery.
  • Full UK driving licence.
