Our fabulous client, based in King's Lynn, is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team, ensuring the organisation meets compliance for all regulatory & quality legislation.
- Act as first point of contact for all audit and compliance queries.
- Investigate breaches and take corrective actions.
- Maintain records and apply for quality accreditations for the company.
- Ensure data integrity at all times.
- Produce compliance reports.
- Process starter and leaver notifications.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Coordinate staff compliance training and refreshers.
- Ad-hoc project work and other related compliance duties.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering, SRA and data protection regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office & highly PC literate.
- Superb attention to detail and high level of organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
