Our brand new client, with offices based in central Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. As Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Provide clear, tailored, and empathetic legal advice to a broad range of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client care.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with developments in legislation and best practice to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.

To be considered for the role of Private Client Solicitor you will be:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrable experience in handling private client matters independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professional growth and development.

In return, for the role of Private Client Solicitor, the client is offering a salary of c£55,000, flexible working consideration, generous holiday leave entitlement, pension, social events and much more.
