Responsibilities: As Restoration Labourer, you will be responsible for stripping out fixtures and fittings from residential and commercial properties following floods and fires, setting up drying equipment, heat pads etc, collecting equipment. In this role you will be fully trained to become a Restoration Technician, undergo on‑the‑job training, and undertake relevant courses and certifications to complement your job.
Qualifications:
- Full clean driving licence.
- Experience in a builder/labourer/construction type role with working knowledge of building materials.
- Strong customer‑facing skills, installations of equipment, removals or similar.
- Willingness to travel across the NW/N/NE London postcode areas to customer residential properties; willingness to travel beyond if required. (Accommodation and meal allowance covered.)
Work Conditions: Full‑time permanent basis working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting 8:00am on the customer site; paid overtime during busy periods.
