Our client, a respected business based in Kettering, is looking for an experienced Accountancy & Tax Manager to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 4.30pm (flexible working hours available) Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified professional to manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing accountancy, compliance and tax advisory support. This role offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm, where you can make a real impact with clients whilst developing your own career.

As an Accountancy & Tax Manager you will:

  • Build strong client relationships
  • Provide practical tax planning advice
  • Identify opportunities
  • Support the development of junior team members

To be considered for the Accountancy & Tax Manager role you will have:

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification
  • Strong experience within accountancy and tax advisory services
  • Knowledge of areas such as VAT, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and trusts
  • Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
  • Team leadership & development experience
