The predicted salary is between 43200 - 84000 £ per year.
Our superb client, based in Huntingdon, is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Support, administration, maintenance, optimisation and configuration of the UK IFS ERP System
- Lead and mentor a procurement team, training, coaching and developing your team, 1:2's, appraisals, establishing KPI's, etc
- Act as a key contact for technical and functional IFS ERP system across the business
- Manage daily IFS ERP maintenance and operations, user accounts, security settings, permissions, etc
- Oversee data import and exports, updates and cleansing
- Lead module deployments and upgrades and support ERP implementation including testing and rollouts and UAT
- Provide end-user training and create operator user guides, maintaining operating procedures and technical documentation with updated information
- Ongoing review and streamlining of processes
- Work closely with IT to coordinate integration with IFS and other company systems
- Provide management and analytical reports
Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience supporting ERP systems (preferably IFS)
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports, SQL, database query tools and system integrations
- Basic understanding of API's, middleware or data integration tools
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong training and documentation ability
