Private Client Lawyer in England

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Private Client Lawyer to join our clients established team in Corby working 9.00am – 5.00pm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor or legal executive with a strong background in private client work, who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and reputable practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
• Provide clear, tailored, and empathetic legal advice to a broad range of clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client care.
• Contribute to business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
• Keep up to date with developments in legislation and best practice to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrable experience in handling private client matters independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professional growth and development.
