Our superb client, with offices based in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
As Conveyancing Team Leader, you will already be experienced in managing your own residential property caseloads and you will be looking for the next step in your career. You will have a proven working experience on dealing with residential sales & purchase, transfer of equity, new build & leasehold and re-mortgage to be considered for this new position. You will be looking after a small team initially with the intention of growing the team.
To be considered for the role of Conveyancing Team Leader, it is essential that you have previous, recent and strong residential conveyancing experience, exceptional communication skills, with supervisory / team mentoring experience and you will need to be highly organised with strong business development skills.
In return, for the role of Conveyancing Team Leader, our client is offering a starting salary of up to 48,000 depending on level of experience, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (option to purchase more leave), salary sacrifice scheme, pension, discounted gym membership, Death in Service benefit, paid volunteer day, opportunity for career progression and much more.
