Our brand-new client, with offices based in Oundle, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis working 9.00am β 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
As Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will have previous practical experience in residential conveyancing, managing your own caseload of property sales and purchases from start to finish, opening files, liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other conveyancing firms, conducting property and land registry searches, raising enquiries and drafting contracts.
To be considered for the role of Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will have a minimum of 12 months residential conveyancing experience where you have managed your own caseload. If you are qualified, that would be great, but if not, there may be the possibility of our client putting you through the relevant qualifications. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be used to working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
In return, our client will consider a starting salary of Β£26,000 but will consider higher based on length of service. Additional benefits include pension, on-site parking, discretionary bonus paid twice yearly, and 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays with a Christmas shutdown.
