The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.
Our brand new client, with offices based in Warrington, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Support the fee earners with opening case files, client communication and file management.
- Prepare documents, conduct searches, manage post and emails, and update case systems.
- Liaise with clients, agents and solicitors to keep property transactions moving efficiently from instruction to completion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months practical experience working in a residential conveyancing team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management ability.
- PC literate on MS Office.
Benefits
- Starting salary of around £25,000 (higher will be considered depending on length of service).
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays (with a Christmas shutdown).
