Our superb client based in Ely is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm, with the option for a hybrid working model.
As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance on purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documentation
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Investigating properties and ensuring there are no legal issues that could affect the transaction
- Managing disputes and litigation
- Representing clients at legal proceedings
- Negotiating the terms of commercial property transactions
- Building client relationships
- Managing a small team
- Working with investors, property owners, and developers
- Other related duties
To be considered for the role, you will be experienced in Commercial Property, able to manage your own caseload, work with minimum supervision, and oversee a small team of support staff. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be an excellent negotiator. Consideration will be given to qualified solicitors, legal executives, or individuals that are job trained and working at the right level.
