As Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the accounts team with duties such as processing purchase ledger invoices, matching, batching and coding invoices, generating sales ledger invoices, allocating payments to client accounts, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc related duties.
To be considered for the role of part time Account Administrator, you will have previous invoice processing experience, super attention to detail and level of accuracy, experience of using Xero and excellent communication skills. The role will not suit someone that is an accounts studier looking for rapid progression.
In return, for the role of Accounts Administrator, our client is offering a starting salary up to £25,000 pro rata to the part time hours, 21 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, potential of annual bonus, free on-site parking, social events, pension and more.
