We are seeking Senior Frontend Software Engineers to work within cross‑functional feature teams delivering front‑end led capabilities for the Data Marketplace. The role focuses on building accessible, high‑quality, and well‑tested user interfaces on a cloud‑native platform running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Engineers are expected to take strong technical ownership of frontend delivery, contribute to technical direction, and support other engineers within the team.
Skillsets required:
- Primary focus on experienced Frontend Software Engineers, with strong React expertise.
- Proven experience building accessible, testable, scalable user interfaces.
- Strong test-first mindset (TDD) and confidence writing automated tests.
- Hands-on experience with:
- React, JavaScript/TypeScript
- JestJS and modern frontend testing practices
- Accessibility standards (WCAG) and tooling (axe-core)
Desirable (bonus) skills:
- Backend development with Java / Quarkus
- Working with REST APIs and PostgreSQL
- DevOps exposure across CI/CD pipelines, containers and Kubernetes
Experience operating at Senior level, including:
- Technical ownership of solutions
