We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Pega applications, Insurance, and Complaints Management within the European market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of European insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and complaint handling frameworks.
This role will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, customer delivery teams, and internal delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of compliant and scalable Pega solutions. The candidate will lead discovery sessions with business users and operational teams, gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, write detailed JIRA user stories, and drive backlog grooming and refinement activities.
They will work closely with Pega Architects, Pega Developers, Project Managers, Product Owners, and Compliance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
