1. Reporting Process Ownership and Governance of a big testing program with multiple phases and many vendor teams involved.

2. Defining and maintaining the report management process, establishing procedures to streamline the reporting processes.

3. Ensuring compliance with the defined process across all workstream test leads.

4. Reporting Management

5. Overseeing the entire lifecycle of all reports from daily metrics to final report.

6. RAG Status management, ensuring the workstream metrics are accurately updated and reflect the current state of each workstream across the three phases.

7. Proactively challenging and escalating workstreams that are not progressing as expected to appropriate stakeholders/management.

8. Reports are cross-referenced throughout from the Metrics, Defects, Commentary, Burndowns and the Defect Summary to ensure that the reports are up to date and accurate.

9. Reporting Calls

10. Communicating and coordinating, as the central point of contact for reporting as daily check ins are scheduled with the test leads, the defect manager and delivery lead before reports are sent.

11. Attend the Defect triage calls for the different Phases to have a view of defect statuses that will be cross referenced on the Defect summary and in the Commentary across the workstreams.

12. From these calls the information that goes into the commentary is gathered, for example if estimated fix date is changed these may impact the RAG status. On calls there are discussions on severity, impact and the urgency of defects which is then reflected in the report as part of the Commentary and Executive summary across multiple necessary workstreams.
