- Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams
- Manage cross functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and Security
