- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in leading Glazing and wiper system development in the Automotive industry.
- Good understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical/Electronic aspects of Automotive systems.
- Good understanding of product specifications and manufacturing processes of Glazing and wipers.
- 10+ years of experience in product development [end to end] in the Automotive industry.
- Good understanding of the automotive product development process (involvement in at least two cycles of End-to-end product development in Automotive).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate to internal/external customers and suppliers.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Skilled in Catia V5.
