- Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
