Role Overview We are seeking a Knowledge Graph Lead Engineer to evaluate, optimize, and scale our enterprise semantic data infrastructure.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex biomedical data and actionable AI applications, conduct comprehensive health checks on our current stack, refine bio‑ontologies, and build the strategic roadmap for our next‑generation Graph RAG and Gen AI platforms.
Primary Skills Knowledge of RDF, SPARQL, and OWL.
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with an RDF database such as Stardog, Anzo Graph, Blazegraph, or Apache Jena.
Strong understanding of ontology concepts.
Python.
Generative AI, RAG, and Graph RAG.
Pharma Domain Knowledge Knowledge of RDF, SPARQL, and OWL.
