- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP PM / EAM consulting experience within complex, global enterprise landscapes.
- MRO Expertise: Deep, expert-level knowledge of Aerospace MRO processes, including line/base maintenance, engine overhaul workflows, and similar solutions.
- Configuration Mastery: Proven, hands‑on capability to configure deep asset management structures, Equipment Master Data, Maintenance Orders, task lists, and Equipment BOMs.
- Track Record: Demonstrated experience leading at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations, with a strong preference for large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
- Industry Background: Extensive prior experience operating within the Aerospace & Defence, aviation engine manufacturing, or high-tech military maintenance sectors.
- ERP Exposure: Thorough understanding of structural data model differences between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
- Methodologies: Expert proficiency in operating within Agile delivery frameworks and utilizing SAP Activate methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience aligning SAP PM with engineering structures
- Practical knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and FMEA methodologies.
