Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering 5+ years of experience in leading Door sealing and brightware development in Automotive industry Good understanding of product specifications and manufacturing processes of Door sealing and brightware 10+ years of experience in product development [end to end] in Automotive industry Good understanding of automotive product development process (involvement in at least two cycles of End-to-end product development in Automotive) Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate to internal/external customers and suppliers. Full professional proficiency in English Skilled in Catia V5
