8+ years of hands‑on FANUC robotics experience with prior training or instructor experience preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced FANUC Robotics Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver technical training and hands‑on instruction to operators, technicians, and engineers.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience with FANUC robotic systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor‑led FANUC robotics training, including both classroom sessions and hands‑on practical training.
  • Train operators, technicians, and engineers on robot operation, setup, programming, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
  • Provide training on FANUC Teach Pendant usage, robot motion, coordinate systems, frames, and related programming concepts.
  • Develop and customize training materials, exercises, guides, and practical demonstrations based on learning requirements.
  • Deliver application‑focused training for robotic processes such as welding, blasting, inspection, and other industrial automation applications.
  • Evaluate trainee performance, assess competency levels, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand training objectives and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and learning programs.
  • Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience working with FANUC industrial robots.
  • Strong expertise in FANUC robot operation, programming, setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience delivering technical training in classroom and hands‑on environments.
  • Experience creating training materials, practical exercises, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong manufacturing, industrial automation, or shop‑floor experience.
  • Ability to explain complex robotics concepts clearly to different skill levels.
