- Look for a Senior Business Analyst, preferably from investment management, asset management, private markets or financial services, who can independently:
- Gather and document business requirements directly with users/stakeholders.
- Produce BRDs, requirements, user stories/process flows and functional specifications.
- Analyse technology, process and data impacts.
- Evaluate solution options and make structured recommendations.
- Work between Front Office/business teams and technology teams.
- Support implementation, testing/UAT and delivery.
- Demonstrate recent, practical Allvue involvement rather than simply listing it under tools.
For domain experience, search for terms such as Private Debt, Private Credit, Alternative Credit, Alternative Investments, Direct Lending, Credit Investments, Private Markets, Front Office, Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Loan/Credit lifecycle alongside Allvue.
I would use this internal:
GREEN: Allvue + Private Debt/Alternative Credit + Front Office + Senior BA + can work Canary Wharf 3 days.
AMBER: Strong Allvue + Senior BA + relevant investment/private markets experience, but missing either Private Debt or Front Office.
