Design, build, and maintain production-grade Composite Resource Definitions (XRDs) and Compositions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Write and maintain custom Composition Functions (Go or Python) to handle complex logic, validation, and dynamic resource generation.
- Establish standard API conventions, schema validation, and lifecycle management patterns across all platform claims and Composite Resources (XRs).
- Lead migrations from legacy Crossplane patterns (e.g., claims/XRD v1 structures) to modern namespace-scoped XRs and composition pipelines (v2+ standards).
