- Strong hands-on experience designing, building and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience designing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Experience building intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of application design, solution architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems, APIs and data sources.
- A solid understanding of security, governance and operational support considerations within business-critical solutions.
- Experience working within Agile, product-led or iterative delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
- Experience providing technical leadership, coaching or mentoring to other engineers.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, learning and continuous improvement.
