What you’ll be doing:
- In this essential logistics role, you’ll be the vital link between our central warehouse and our retail stores.
- You’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transfer of stock, ensuring our shelves are always ready for our customers.
- You’ll visit a selection of our 17 UK stores each day, picking up and dropping off stock as part of a weekly rotation that ensures every branch is serviced regularly.
- Safely load and unload stock, ensuring all items are secure for transit and accurately accounted for using handheld technology and delivery notes.
- Follow assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at each store, working with the Warehouse Manager to adapt to any schedule changes.
- Assist with manual handling of stock, including lifting and carrying boxes of fragile merchandise (e.g., helmets, clothing, accessories).
- Conduct daily checks on the company-provided van (tyres, fuel, lights, cleanliness) and report any defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Act as a friendly and professional representative of Infinity Motorcycles when interacting with store colleagues and members of the public during deliveries.
What we are looking for:
- We’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys the independence of the road.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous professional driving or multi-drop delivery experience is highly desirable.
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting heavy items throughout the day.
- A strong sense of timekeeping and the ability to work to a schedule are a must.
- You’ll be comfortable working alone and managing your daily route with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to keep your vehicle and delivery paperwork tidy and organised.
