Are you passionate about motorcycles and eager to deliver exceptional customer service? We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Executive to join the team at our Infinity Motorcycles Southampton store. As one of our largest and best-stocked locations, we offer an incredible range of gear and accessories for riders of all kinds. This is a full-time, temporary position (3-month contract) designed to bolster our team ahead of the busy riding season. It's a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the group's longest-serving staff members, gain valuable experience, and immerse yourself in a top-performing store. While this is a temporary role to start, it offers the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

We are one of the UK's largest retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories, with 17 stores nationwide. Our team of experienced, passionate staff is not just knowledgeable; they're riders themselves who are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers.

What you’ll be doing: In this dynamic sales role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, specialist retail environment. We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and possesses excellent selling skills. You’ll need to build strong relationships with our customers, helping them find the perfect products while meeting individual and team sales targets.

What we are looking for: We’re looking for someone passionate about learning and dedicated to making our customers happy. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy retail environment. While a motorcycle license isn’t required, it’s a big plus! Previous customer service experience is essential, and an interest in motorcycles would be ideal. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert on our products yet - we’ll provide comprehensive training on our inventory. A strong command of the English language is also required.
