We have an opportunity for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor to join our team in Holborn on a full-time basis. Located at the busy junction of High Holborn and New Oxford Street, Holborn is a thriving branch with a fantastic team. We are one of the UK's largest retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories, with 16 stores nationwide. Our team of experienced, passionate staff is not just knowledgeable; they're riders themselves who are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, specialist retail environment.
- Building strong relationships with our customers, helping them find the perfect products while meeting individual and team sales targets.
What we are looking for:
- Someone passionate about learning and dedicated to making our customers happy.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a busy retail environment.
- Previous customer service experience is essential; experience in the motorcycle retail sector would be ideal.
- A strong command of the English language is required.

About the role:
- Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week, Permanent.
- Monday-Friday plus weekend availability.
