We have exciting opportunities for friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisors to join our team in Gloucestershire on a full-time and part-time basis. This is a busy and thriving branch with a fantastic team of people. We are one of the UK's biggest retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing and accessories, with 16 stores across the UK. Our Gloucester store, which opened in 2024, is a vibrant and dynamic space spread across two levels, featuring top-quality motorcycle gear. It’s home to a passionate and enthusiastic team who are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers. What you’ll be doing: In this dynamic sales role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, specialist retail environment. We’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and who possesses excellent selling skills. You’ll need to build strong relationships with our customers, helping them find the perfect products while meeting individual and team sales targets.
What we are looking for: We’re looking for someone passionate about learning and dedicated to making our customers happy. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy retail environment. While a motorcycle license isn’t required, it’s a big plus! Previous experience in customer service is essential, and experience in the motorcycle retail sector would be ideal. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert on our products yet - we’ll provide comprehensive training on our inventory. A strong command of the English language is also required.

About the role:
- Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week, Permanent
- Part-Time: Weekends, 2/3 days a week + sick cover and holidays as required.
