As the Managed Service Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Define and execute a visionary strategy for managed services, aligned with Infinity Group's long-term growth ambitions.
  • Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, automation, and the full Microsoft stack, to deliver pre-emptive, future-ready services.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors such as Microsoft, Datto, and CloudGuard, ensuring Infinity Group remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Own all managed service data and tooling, contracts, entitlements, subscriptions, and customer knowledge – ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create a unified, cross-functional approach to service delivery and client success.
  • Set and achieve ambitious KPIs: revenue growth, margin expansion, client retention, service desk efficiency, and employee engagement.
  • Champion a client-centric culture, ensuring every interaction adds value and strengthens long-term relationships.

Your Mission

  • Lead the Evolution: Drive the transition from reactive, ticket-based support to a future-proof, pre-emptive managed service. Harness predictive analytics, automation, and AI to anticipate client needs before they arise.
  • Full Microsoft Stack & AI Adoption: Champion the adoption and integration of the entire Microsoft ecosystem – leveraging Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 – while embedding AI at every layer to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Service Streamlining: Architect and implement streamlined, scalable processes that set the benchmark for operational excellence. Eliminate friction, reduce manual effort, and ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
  • Gold Standard Go-to-Market: Design and execute a go-to-market strategy that positions Infinity Group as the partner of choice for forward-thinking organisations. Build a service offering that is not just best-in-class, but best-in-market.
  • Financial Leadership: Own the P&L for managed services. Drive revenue, margin, and sustainable growth through innovative commercial models, value-based pricing, and relentless focus on profitability.
