Infinity Group is seeking a Tier 2 IT Service Desk Engineer for a hybrid role based in Tunbridge Wells. You will own complex incidents, drive resolution, and ensure customers experience clarity and confidence throughout the process.
You will work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and Windows endpoints, coaching Tier 1 engineers, reducing repeat incidents and helping the service desk improve overall quality and security.
