Role Overview: As the Head of Pre-Sales, you will lead and manage the pre-sales team, driving the development and delivery of innovative solutions that meet client needs and support the sales process. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to project execution. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in high-profile client engagements.

As a Head of Pre-Sales, you'll be responsible for:

- Solution Development: Oversee the creation of tailored solutions that address client needs and differentiate our offerings in the market.

- Proposal Management: Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and sales collateral.
