Infinity Group UK is seeking a customer‑focussed professional to own the customer experience across Dynamics 365 and cloud services. You will coordinate delivery, support and commercial teams to ensure services perform, issues are resolved quickly, and a culture of trust, retention and account expansion is fostered.

You will drive cross‑team alignment, data‑driven improvement and proactive incident leadership, supporting customers from Tunbridge Wells, London Paddington, and remote colleagues.
