Role Overview: This role involves leading the delivery of housing management systems into the social housing sector, working with the latest Microsoft Dynamics technology. Responsibilities include Business Analysis, Customisation, Testing, Installations, and providing Training and Support to clients.
Required Skills and Characteristics:
- Experience delivering housing management solutions in the social housing sector.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of databases.
- Experience with Repairs, Rent Accounting, Service Charges & Asset Management.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and develop logical process flows.
- Confidence in presenting solutions and training to senior users.
- Functional experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration, customisation, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports (desired).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, data migrations, and support.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
